Manage and supervise construction sites for active project deployments. Coordinate with project leads, supervise erection and dismantling teams, ensure quality and safety standards across the site lifecycle.
Develop new business across construction, infrastructure, and event-industry clients in North India. Maintain key account relationships, achieve regional sales targets, and feed product feedback back to the engineering team.
Design custom scaffolding and formwork systems using CAD software for project-specific RFQs. Produce shop drawings, load calculations, and assembly sequences for the manufacturing and site teams.
Implement and enforce safety protocols across our active project sites in Gujarat. Conduct site safety inspections, deliver toolbox talks, and ensure ISO 45001:2018 compliance.
